Mr. Leasure provides overall direction, supervision and management of the corporation. He co-founded the original company in 1972. Throughout his real estate career he has specialized in the acquisition and assemblage of land for major mixed-use projects including shopping centers, major historical building renovations and other commercial, industrial, office, and residential projects. Prior to his association with White-Leasure, he served in several executive positions with the College of Idaho and the University of the Pacific. He has been involved in a wide variety of civic activities; has served as past Director of the Boise Area Chamber of Commerce, Silver Sage Girl Scout Council, Boise Philharmonic, past President and Campaign Chairman of the United Way of Ada County, past President of the Boise Gallery of Art, founding Board Member of the Boise Area Economic Development Council, founding Board Member of St. Alphonsus Hospital Foundations and currently serves on the Board of The Idaho Foundation for Parks and Lands. Mr. Leasure is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and currently serves as Idaho State Director for Governmental Affairs. Mr. Leasure holds a Bachelors Degree in music from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California a Masters Degree in speech from the University of the Pacific and did graduate work at San Francisco State College.
Jason directs the overall marketing and sales efforts of the company. He is involved in major tenant negotiations and coordinates all retail leasing activities. He began his professional real estate career in Boise with Colliers International where he was involved in the sales and leasing of industrial properties. In 2003 Jason joined White-Leasure Development Company as marketing director and has enjoyed the change to working with retail tenants. Jason has a BA in Studio Art from Stanford University where he also was a defensive starter on the football team three consecutive years. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has been affiliated with the Young Life organization and is a member of Ducks Unlimited.
Mr. White provides the day-to-day direction, supervision and management of the projects for the company. Jim joined Boise Cascade Corporation in 1963 where he held several executive positions in the Container Division of the company. In 1969 he joined Shelterex Corporation, a mobile home manufacturing company, where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer until 1974. In 1975, he became Vice President and Manager of the Industrial Properties Division and was a consistent member of the "One Million Dollar Sales Club" in the Boise area. He has been a member of the Boise Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and a Vice President of the Board's Executive Committee as well as past President of Boise Convention Center, Inc. Currently he is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Mr. White has an MBA from Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts, and a BA in business from the University of Washington in Seattle. He spent two years as a supply officer in the U.S. Navy.
Brenda became the Controller of the Company in June, 1995. She manages the financial areas of the corporation; financial statements, tax returns and project accounting, and assists in project financing and investment analysis. Brenda joined Wright-Leasure Development Company (the predecessor to White-Leasure) in March 1980 as Assistant Controller. She has held similar positions with Norton Simon in Pasadena, California and Lerner Stores, Inc. in Lakewood and Canoga Park, California. Brenda studied accounting and business at Boise State University and Central Connecticut State College.
Ken has over twenty years experience in the development business and working with large domestic and foreign general contractors and developers. The spectrum of projects he has worked on include high-rise office buildings, hospital expansion, high-tech manufacturing facility, a 256-room Hilton Hotel, mid-rise condominium, golf course remodeling, an estate ranch subdivision, pro forma analysis for entertainment and retail attractions and development management for an 5,000 seat event center and a four star 250 room hotel. Ken has also worked in project management in several western states and Canada where he was responsible for all cost and schedule control. Ken has a BS degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, an AA Degree in Land Surveying, and complex computer analysis, financial projection, and scheduling experience.
Jessica is responsible for the day-to-day property management of over 1 million square feet of commercial/retail property throughout the Western United States including; property budgeting, lease administration, lease renewals, maintenance and customer service for all tenants. Ms. Meier joined White-Leasure Development Company in 2008 and has been involved throughout the company in pre-development, leasing, construction management and property management. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC)
Jeff Huber has been active in the real estate field throughout the western United States since 1980. He was hired by White-Leasure Development Company in 1986 and has been involved in all aspects of real estate development including acquisitions, governmental relations and public relations for the company. In 1996 he became the real estate broker for White-Leasure Development Company. Prior to 1980, he was the general manager of the Malibu Pier Corporation in Malibu, California. Jeffrey attended Boise State University.
